Medical Referrals: Connecting clients with reputed hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals in India.
Visa and Documentation Support: Assisting with medical visa applications, required documentation, and related formalities.
Post-Treatment Support: Coordinating follow-up consultations, recovery care, and post-treatment transportation.
2.2 Medical Disclaimer
While we connect clients with healthcare providers, Khair Services Private Limited is not directly responsible for the medical treatment or outcomes provided by the healthcare institutions. You acknowledge that medical procedures carry inherent risks, and you are encouraged to consult medical professionals and perform due diligence before proceeding with any treatments.
2.3 Payment Terms
Payments for medical treatments or related services are handled directly with the healthcare providers and their associated partners. Payments for travel-related services are processed by us. Cancellations or refunds for medical services will be governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective healthcare providers.
2.4 Limitation of Liability
Khair Services Private Limited does not assume responsibility for any complications arising from the medical treatment you receive or for any loss or damage during the medical tourism process.
Import/Export Services
3.1 Scope of Services
We offer the following import/export services:
Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying suppliers for products required by clients, including medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, etc.
Shipping and Logistics: Coordinating international shipments, including customs clearance and transportation.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and paperwork are in place for legal export or import, in accordance with Indian and international laws.
